The banquet hall of the restaurant is designed for hosting private celebrations, including weddings, and when not used for banquets, it accommodates café visitors at separate tables. The goal was to create a "photogenic" and highly accommodating space that seamlessly integrated with the rest of the establishment, which adhered to a dark color palette and a loft-style aesthetic.
The client requested a design that could be implemented with minimal investment. The room's geometry added complexity to the project, and the abundance of different windows and bright light dictated specific lighting scenarios. Elements such as painted brick, dark spider-shaped light fixtures, and wooden tables were used to evoke a loft style.
